Attention all Chefs! Put This on Your Menu: Garlic Scape Pesto Sandwich! Incredible!

This picture does not do this sandwich justice! Remember the Garlic Scape Pesto recipe I shared with you? Well, as I suspected, it made an absolutely awesome sandwich spread. A little ham, a little mozzarella, on a little foccacia, plus a little heat to make the cheese all melty....simply divine! If I had a panini press it would have sent this over the top! I do hope, wherever you are, you can get your hands on some garlic scapes and try this!
